Hello!

My name is Ashley McDonald and I am a Registered Massage Therapist and a member of the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapist Association (CMMOTA), I moved from Swift Current, Saskatchewan in 2020 to pursue the Massage Therapy Program through the Lethbridge College (accredited by the canadian massage therapy council for accreditation). 

I have worked in a multidisciplinary clinic for the past 2 years and have just recently decided to start a new adventure and open up my own business. I have skills in relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, trigger point therapy, prenatal, sports massage, and cupping! My main goal with massage therapy is to help patients increase their physical and mental wellbeing as well as help with the healing process of injuries and pathologies. 

I enjoy therapeutic and deep tissue treatments but I also enjoy adapting treatments to ensure that all of my clients get the treatment they want/need! I hope to see you soon!
